Many people say Friday the 13th is unlucky. So I wondered this because Friday the 13th is a pretty lucky day for me and I won an award on that day. Is it because of the movie? Or is it because of something religious I’m not aware of? (I’m not very religious at all)

Probably originates from the 14th century brutal decimation of the Knights Templars that started on Friday 13th.
Some people also associate Fri 13th with the Last Supper.
