Does OCR A and OCR B A Level have much of a difference between content? If not, then would the main difference be exam style?

There is not much difference between the two. Content is similar except OCR A has an extra teaching module. Both have 3 exam papers too. So no not much difference. May be a slight variation in content.

No Edexcel Biology A Level also offers 2 Specs, Biology A (Salters-Nuffield) and Biology B.
