While on your monthly cycle what do you find helpful while away from home to deal with the blues or feeling tearful? I don’t have much of a sweet tooth so sometimes stacks aren’t the first thing I think of having...and suggestions on mood pic-me-ups?

Ibuprofen if you get cramps, any snack would work (I have a friend that used to crave baby biscuits on her period🤣), what about heat pads you wear under your trousers?

I take Buscopan for my period cramps and for pain relief. The first/second day of my period is always bad so I either listen to my favourite music on Spotify or sleep it off if I am not busy.
