Write up your own notes/summaries it helped me on computer science
Watch videos like freesciencelessons on youtube
Make flashcards on the summary of each topic or definitions
Use past papers/ exam questions that can help you predict what is going to be on the exam

Make sure you know what will be in the exam!!
By this I mean question types (e.g. 9 markers for business studies)

Flashcards will be your best friend! Write out everything on flashcards the day you do it, and make sure you use them!

Ask questions all the time! It may annoy the teachers, but make sure you understand everything the day you do it. Even if it means staying afterschool or doing lunch. BUT you don't need to know the ins and outs on everything- just the gist of it so in the exam you can pick up the marks and move on (so don't spend ages on one topic!)

Know your spec- read throw it and make a checklist

Thats all for now- i'll add more if i think of any

I'm in Year 11 just like you as well.
I will tell you some tips on how to get a grade 9 in Spanish. Even though, I do French, but I imagine the tips will apply for Spanish.
- Learn your vocabulary regularly
- Do Past Papers
- Practise writing & speaking in Spanish
- Practise your pronunciation for the speaking test
- Listen to things that are in Spanish eg. Spanish Cartoon Shows (YouTube), Spanish TV Shows, Spanish Films, Spanish songs
- Master your tenses
- Read some Spanish articles

Spanish isn't a subject that you can really cram, but something that does require a lot of commitment and consistency, especially if you want a high grade.

As for maths... I will link some resources that helped me to improve my maths.

For maths, I am working at a grade 7, but, I also want to achieve a 9 in maths, so I would suggest you to practise topics that you aren't so confident at. and turn it to your strengths. Honestly, though, to get a 9 in maths is just doing lots of practice !
