They do. There was a film about it a few years ago.

Called Minority Report. But the resources are too expensive / imaginary :sad:

Look up statistics on how many terror attack plots are stopped all the time in the UK. It’s virtually impossible to stop every single one the occurs and police have suffered so many cuts there aren’t enough to protect every single area.

Bit hard to if you think about it. It's easy to conceal weapons, and if someone is in a packed area, even if there are Police nearby, they could probably still get about 5-6 people in under a minute. There's nothing you can do to prevent these sort of attacks.
