Look up statistics on how many terror attack plots are stopped all the time in the UK. It’s virtually impossible to stop every single one the occurs and police have suffered so many cuts there aren’t enough to protect every single area.

The guy was imprisoned for plotting a terror attack. Shouldn’t have been allowed out.
