Did I yo-yo? Watch

So I decided to try going on a diet last week so see how it and I did succeed for 5 days. I lost 1.5kg. I did it healthily I think. Anyways, I gave up on the 6th day and decided to just eat lol. Now I regret it and I think I gained the weight back. I don’t think I’ve ever age that much before. Like atm I don’t care but now I’m scared of the holidays because am I going to eat like this during the holiday? I’ve got self control ( a lot of it) but I don’t know what happened now.

First of all what diet was that. I can't seem to find one that works for me yet. And if you have self-control you should be fine! If you are really worried what I do is write down EVERYTHING that you eat so you can kind of balance what you are eating and know when you have eaten to much. I always found this help me loads when trying to budget what I ate over the holidays

I don’t think I have much self control. I used to restrict heavily couple months ago because I can’t stop my cravings. Loool so I ate normally but I ate only healthy things and cut out unhealthy food. I ended up eating cake tho coz my mum decided to bake when I’m dieting 😓. Omg I write everythingggg down too but not when I eat trash but I’m gonna have to it. Maybe it’ll help me realise ****?
