Basically, my predicted grades on ucas are ****. My sister told me that you can change it yourself before you pay for it to be sent off but I don't know how I'd even go about that. She said she'd even done it herself. Furthermore, she said they don't even check with the college. Is this true?

Afaik only your school or reference institution are allowed to input your predicted grades and reference. I'm not sure what your sister was going on about. If somehow you logged into your school's account on UCAS and changed them yourself, apart from that there's no way you as the student can change your predicted grades.

I'd advise try and reason with your teachers or try and do some tests to show you've improved and try and get your predicted grades up
