Hi, TSR readers.

I've made my International A-levels combination, which is a selection of several subject areas, to get into Accounting and Law. In the future, probably, I'd study Industrial Engineering or any other course related to Engineering but for passion.

The combination is:

- A-level Mathematics (P1, P3, Mechanics, S1)
- A-level Physics (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5)
- A-level English Language (P1, P2, P3, P4)
- A-level History (P1, P2, P3, P4).

What do you think about it?
It may seem a weird combination, but I want to keep doors open. I believe having a balanced selection is preferable.

Regards.

I feel like Accouting & Law and Engineering are all very different. I'm glad that you've got mathematics in there, but both accounting & engineering are very maths heavy so it's likely that you'll have a more competitive application if you've got Further Maths. You don't need A Level English in order to do law, any essay based subject is fine with history being ideal. Hence, I'd recommend
- Physics
- MAths
- Further Maths
- History

Thank you for answering (to both). My centre doesn't allow me to take Further Maths alongside with Maths. I'll have to see if it allows me to do it in another series. In the case of English, I'm doing it because I'm not a English native speaker and maybe at university it can be used as proof of English language knowledge, although I'm going to sit for IELTS Academic.

Regards.
