Please help how N2H6+ ions can form in this reaction:N2H4+ H2O

I understand that OH- ions will also form if N2H5+ions are formed, however, if N2H6 2+ ions are formed, then what about the OH- ions?

I'm quite confused by this question too, but maybe by doubling the molar ratio of water, the products could be N2H6^2+ and H2O2, which often occurs when two hydroxide ions react.
I'm not certain if this is the answer, but it seems to work?
I hope this can be of some use to you!

Ahh i see u struggling with A2 chemistry. I think N2H4 reacts with H20 to form N2H5+ and OH- because N2H4 is a weak base and weak bases so it partially dissociates and N2H6+ forms when N2H5+ reacts with H20 again. It basically dissociates twice.
