I've got my filter interview soon for the RAF as a NCA, I've been trying to look into finding information regarding if it is different from the filter interview for an Officer or the same? The role I'm applying for is ATC SNCO.

The filter interview will be the same. Part one about yourself - so sell yourself. Part two is about your motivation and awareness, so get researching the role, your training, the RAF, NATO, RAF Operations and Current Affairs. Good luck.
