Hi. I wanted to apply for Cardiff University's Computer science BSc.

But unfortunately I have. A grade C in maths.

So I plan to resit it and get a better grade.

But I'm confused. How am I going to relate that in my ucas form
When it would want to know the result of my maths GCSE

You put both your current grade and a pending GCSE Maths result as incomplete with a future date. The same as your other pending quals.
