can home workouts get you abs

im skinny but i ihave no muscles at all
if you try realllyy hard and keep it up for a fairly long period of time, you might be able to.

you're probably better off just going to the gym tho

Yes as long as they work on your abs (obviously), and you keep working on it as much as you would vs a gym

Crunches, planks, twists are good.

There are some good resources online. Loom at Gymshark or Mens/womens fitness magazine normally have some sort of exercise in them too :h:

is cardio bad for a skinny guy?
I'm quite skinny (5' 11"/180 cm) and have abs and biceps - my advice is to do crunches until it gets painful about every 3 days as that lets the muscles regrow.

Drink milk and keep fit otherwise and you will notice your body improving.

I didn't use workout videos but whatever works for you mate. IMHO crunches are better than planks.
