Work Experience

Hi everyone, I am in year 10 and I am thinking of doing work experience in a primary school next to my high school, and I was just wondering about how I'd go about doing it and if its right for me, if anyone could give me any ideas it would be much appreciated, Thanks
shoot them an email or give them a call! ask if they would let you do your work experience there, and maybe ask what jobs they'd give you for the week :smile:
I did similarly, (I actually used to attend the school), I spoke to the headmistress about it, she was really helpful! Ask them about timings (I get longer school holidays so did it then, 3 full days and 2 half days per week), which age group (EYFS, KS1, KS2) you’d prefer. Honestly, work experience in a primary school I found was amazing, i was considering teaching before as in DofE volunteering I listened to children read, and work experience in a primary school was amazing and makes me want to do it more.
