Have you considered doing psychology and then specialising in criminal psychology or doing forensic biology ?? If you want to do three alevels in this are I would choose biology psychology and philosophy isn’t bad or you could do sociology or health and social care or law

maybe look at the course guide of each subject to see if they’re what you’re interested in, you could also do this with criminology content guides on university websites, maybe check out jobprospects

Criminology is essentially a subdiscipline of sociology. It'll use many sociological methods and theories, just applied specifically to the study of criminal justice. The emphasis will usually be on understanding the structural causes of crime in society and ways to remedy or ameliorate that, as well as considering methods of e.g. rehabilitation and reintegration. It is not "criminal minds" type "profiling", however, which may be important to not (such practices having been widely debunked and no longer in use by most criminal justice organisations, despite their enduring popularity in contemporary media).
