Can you move your toes independently?

I've recently come to the realisation that my toes are rather odd. I can't wiggle them, move them about or control them independently in any way. All I can do is clench them, but that's a different set of muscles than the ones that allow for toe movement. Apparently most people can wiggle their toes, but neither me nor my dad can.

Is there anyone else here with a similar condition to mine?

I can move the little toe individually and do more than just clench.

It really annoys me...they're like one big toe - they all move in unison. I feel helpless, and I'm sure my lack of ability to move my toes individually will be why I die during the apocalypse or something ironic like that.

To be honest I have never tried before. I have now discovered I can move my big and little toes independently, but the middle 3 won't.

I can move all my toes individually on my right foot, but not my left. I am not sure what this says about me...

My big and little can? not the middle ones.

Tho I can move my eyebrows independently, thats my party trick

None of my toes move at all. I cannot spread them out, clench them or do anything else with them. They are just static. I believe it is because I have broken them too many times. They look all twisted and deformed too :s-smilie:

My feet aren't my strongest feature :biggrin:

Can happily move my big toes independently. Can semi move my little toes independently, and can move the one beside the little toe independently... But that one only horizontally independently...
