Does anyone get these moments wer they were full of energy one minute and the next its like their energy level has just plummeted down?

Hypoglycemia can happen in people without diabetes, it might be this.

I sometimes get really really tired after eating something very sugary, but never to an extreme. Get yourself checked out...

As others have said, could be that. if you eat sugary foods, then you'll have a "sugar crash" - you should eat slow release energy foods like bananas and porridge.

You don't chew gum a lot do you?? This promotes insulin release and thus lowers your blood sugar it can lead to hypoglycemia if you are prone to it.
