lure of money in great gatsby!!

Hey how is lure of money presented in The Great Gatsby. I know he uses his wealth to lure Daisy in but anything more I can say?

Every time i remember the name of this novel or the movie, I still feel bad for Gatsby. The man deserves our sympathy. He has a real man character even thou the story is fiction.
