Silver DofE questions!

Hello, I've recently started DofE Silver. I've not done DofE bronze so this is new for me but I have a question about how I would get my assessor or in my case my charity shop owner who I'm working for on the volunteering section. How would I get proof of that and in my case get someone to sign or confirm I have done said volunteering?

In the booklet you received at the start there is a link that you can send to your assessor which means they can write a report and send it in to where you can submit it to be approved.
