Do you play with your phone a lot before bed? Could be one of the reasons that distract you from sleeping.
Turn off phone, have a warm drink, get into bed. Maybe read a book for a while. No screens.
If you are still awake after 30 minutes get up. Do a boring job. And then try again. Repeat as many times as necessary
After a few days your body will get the message and you’ll fall asleep earlier
