I'm trying to sleep as early as possible but I always manage to sleep at 12am or after.. are there any tips to sleep as early as possible I'm trying to sleep before 11pm now but I don't know if I can do it as I've been just talking about it for weeks

Make yourself tired so that you're too tired to do anything else and all you want to do is sleep.

Do you play with your phone a lot before bed? Could be one of the reasons that distract you from sleeping.

You need to have a wind down time.
Turn off phone, have a warm drink, get into bed. Maybe read a book for a while. No screens.
If you are still awake after 30 minutes get up. Do a boring job. And then try again. Repeat as many times as necessary
After a few days your body will get the message and you’ll fall asleep earlier
