Warden - Buckingham Palace (March - October 2020)

Hi guys!
They invited me to the assessment centre for the Warden role, on the 11th of December. The email with some instructions says:

"As part of the assessment centre, your task will be to deliver a two minute presentation to the rest of the group. We would like you to bring along a small object of your choice from your everyday life and present it. You should start with a very brief introduction about your object, and then go on to concentrate on two aspects of the object that you think will be of particular interest to others. Please do not refer to written notes or prompts."

It would be nice to know your experiences about it, it will really help me a lot! What should I expect from this assessment centre? What is the average age of the group? How should I prepare? What kind of object did you bring? What they will ask me in the one-on-one interview?
