Muscle weighs more than fat. Hence you could have a low bf% but still be overweight.

I mean I’d say obese is really bad, but if you’re slightly overweight with a low body fat percentage I don’t think it’s that bad. Obviously I’m no doctor so I can’t say for definite. For eg I’m 5’10 and 63kg which is almost a perfect BMI but idk about my body fat percentage so although it seems great it might not be.
