    Or at least post what you've done, and why you're stuck, rather than expecting me to do your course for you.

    In questions like this, it's useful to draw a diagram. What've you done so far?

    I calculated the vector sum by taking the origin as reference but couldnot get the answer.

    you only have 3 directions:

    ---, / and \ direction! just label each one x,y and z and work from there!

    first make a diagram - be accurate
    then make a note of all the vectors, i.e. what they are
    the important bit - you should see a similarity between all/some of the vectors - keep a note of this
    then add them all up!

    simple as pi(e) - 3.1415926535897932384626433...
