Is it possible to get 4 As at a level whilst having a job, going to after school activities 3 times a week ?

Yes if you are very clever and well organised.
More people tend to focus on 3 A levels as thats all you need and keep after school activities under control plus cut back on job, especially in 13.

not unless you want grades that don't show your full potential...

Thank you, and well my university requires for me to do 4 a levels but if it gets too difficult ill be dropping one before starting yr13. However, I'm not very clever but quite organised.

If you did basically nothing else. It would probably take a toll on your mental health and grades however
