I am 54.6kg and 5'4 ft. is eating 350.5 calorie a day preventing weight gain. Right now I'm eating under 200. Prom is conning up and I am trying to shred some pounds ASAP. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I find it hard to eat over 400, but I am in the process of recovery. my diet is unhealthy which includes:
● Koka Pot noodle & Chilli Oil = 90kcal
● Rice Krispies Cereal Bar = 83kcal
● 1 Jaffa Cake = 46kcal
I also like to use alternatives for the cereal bar with Pom Bare crisp (69kcal), but I would like to have a slice of bread with butter (131.5kcal). so all together is 350.5. I wanted to know if I would loose weight or maintain even on thoes days without going to the gym.

Thank you for your help.
that sort of low cal diet landed me in hospital when i was in my teens, so good luck, lol. at least eat a bowl of freaking vegetables, not a jaffa cake. same amount of calories.
All anyone needs to know is that you've calculated something to 0.5kCal...
You've made a number of posts regarding your anorexia and encouraging people to comment on it. I'd encourage people not to comment on this thread thereby encouraging you to make more threads.

OP - please seek help for your ED.
I tried speaking to professionals, but they don't help. they say to me that it is unhealthy and try to put me on a 2,000 a day which is normal, but it is hard for me to do that right now. I am not anorexic. I did make another post regarding this which was about if I would gain/loose weight on 350, but I wanted to change my diet since I know carbs is a touchy food. I'm not trying to encourage people to do this diet. I'm trying to get help without the need of pressure of doctors. Thank you for your reply though.

I'm sorry that you're not getting the help you need - could you maybe go back to your GP an ask to be referred again to a specialist dietician or CAMHS?
You are already underweight and attempting to loose more weight by extreme dieting and compulsive exercise. You do have an eating disorder, I'm afraid, and I really would like you to try to seek help with it I appreciate you're trying to 'get help', but that help isn't to be found on TSR trying to get people to say 'oh yeah, 350kCal is fine'.

just do whatever. if you want to ruin your hair and skin, just so that you can buy a one size smaller dress, go ahead. no one will even notice, anyway.

i have to disagree with one of your points. she's not underweight atm. i agree with the rest though.

I thought this was talking about a snack
Doctors are not secretly trying to make you fat, coupled with you going to the gym 5 times a week. This will do a lot more harm than good to you imo.
Just talk to them about how you're feeling, can imagine how it feels for you trying to lose weight, if you don't want to speak to doctors have you considered helplines or online support: 0808 801 0677 (https://www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk/support-services) and if you're not comfortable with your GP, its just the first point of contact, the dietitians etc. are very experienced and incredibly understanding of what you're going through

CHAMS actually rejected me. it is different to most city's. I was in London and they were fine up until I moved to Liverpool. I now go to a clinic, but it is way to stressful

Heya lovely <3, Why don't you try getting a fitbit you can pick up second hand ones super cheep and then it will tell you everyday how many calories you burn and you can use the app to track how many calories you eat so then you can find the right balance, I am 5ft 3 and weigh 60kg, on a lazy day I burn about 1,500 cals and on a gym day I burn about 2,500 cals. And food wise I would sam on average I try to eat about 1,300 cals a day to lose a bit of weight but still stay healthy... I normally have a pea protein shake with water for breakfast, a lunch of something like rice and veg, pasta bake then a smallish dinner (or bigger dinner on exercise days).
Sending lots of love let me know if you have any more questions, you need to make sure that you are eating enough especially with exercise. Have you looked in to a personal trainer at all at the gym, most offer food plans with the gym training with weigh in's and measuring. That could really help too xxx
