Hi! I'm currently trying to figure out how to cite an international treaty under OSCOLA , having a brain fuzz and can't manage it. The specific treaty I'm trying to cite is the Berne Convention for Protection of Literary and Artistic Works 1971.. any help is appreciated

Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (adopted 14 July 1967, entered into force 29 January 1970) 828 UNTS 221.
You want the international law specific guide (https://www.law.ox.ac.uk/sites/files...tional_law.pdf), then figure out what kind of treaty you are dealing with and look up all the information it tells you to find. Its a bit convoluted, but there you go.
