change of circumstances form, when will i hear back?

Hi, hopefully someone can help :smile:

In October i sent off a change of circumstances form. I received an email from student finance on 14/10/19 informing me they had received evidence to support my application and they would process this ASAP however I still haven't heard back. Is this usual to take so long? My change of circumstances was, that when I had originally applied for sfe in May I was intending to live at home with my parents, however this has changed and I now live away from home. Because of the change of circumstances I was hoping I might be entitled to a larger maintenance loan however I haven't heard anything since and can't see any changes when I check online.
