So I have to do a presentation in front of my whole class today (only know 1 person so basically a group of strangers) but I am really nervous and have had a panic attack earlier about it. I have got out of 3 presentations this so far this year due to anxiety/panic attacks (has been diagnosed) but my tutor said I have to do this one and I don't know what to do I can't even speak to 1 stranger (litteraly freeze up and can't speak) and will probably have a panic attack in front of everyone.

Any advice on what to do really don't want to go in today? Btw I am in year 12

Just keep it simple.
Practice it a few times in front of the mirror
If needed use a script.
They wont care, so if its only 5-10min just looks straight ahead and give it.
