GCSE Edexcel Arabic (9-1) Writing 2019

Could anyone who did the 2019 GCSE Arabic Writing exam tell me what the writing tasks and the translation were about? I want to practice because I'm giving my exam in 2020 and I'm awfully unprepared.

well my memory is quite vague
long writing was about technology
and short was about travel or the environment (i think)
