 Wikipedia claims he studied at Oxford. Is this true?

I think there's the answer to your question.

Wikipedia isn't always true. One time there was a fake home and away story line and I believed it and it made me really : angry.
Mugabe: Some people are so twisted nothing could change their mind/actions.

 Wikipedia claims he studied at Oxford. Is this true? How did he turn his back on the concept of truth and honesty? Did education not teach him anything?

Even if he had studied at Oxford, it`s a bloody university, not a path to righteousness!

...and to be honest; the more you learn, the more you realise a dictatorship is preferable to a democracy. 'member half the people voting have below average IQ.

I know, that is why I am asking.
And to whoever negged me. Christ sake, I did not claim Oxford was the path to righteousness you cannot untie now, tomorrow. Nevertheless, going from an Oxford student to a world dictator is quite an achievement.

It's quite possible he studied there - I'd say it's even quite probable.

Before being a ruthless dictator, he was revered for being the first non-colonial Zimbabwe leader.

Beyond that, he must be smart to have been able to profoundly rape the nation for his own profit. Even leading nazis were smart, although many would rather not believe it. The main defendants at the nuerenberg trials had IQs ranging from 143 (Schacht) to 121 (can't remember who).

By the way: Wikipedia does not say he was awarded a degree by Oxford, but only that he had studied there for a single year. That is in accordance with whoswho.

How so?

EDIT:
Before even more of you answer this with sets that are inapplicable:

me a few posts later

I'd really like it explained, because, as far as I'm concerned it defies common sense - hadn't done any statistics yet though.

If we say that IQs are distributed according to the Bell curve (yes it's an assumption, but a relatively true one), surely the average IQ will be in the middle. That leaves half below that number. Where is this reasoning incorrect?

Child, one would assume that you have a brain.

Use it.
