Period pain when not on period?

Just wondering if anyone else gets stomach cramps when they are not on their period? It's not as bad as period pain but I definitely get a similar pain throughout my cycle. I'm not on any meds and definitely not pregnant!

Just wondering if anyone else gets this?

I'm not worried about it, just curious if it's common.

Could be related to your digestive system and therefore your diet. Maybe you have an intolerance to dairy or gluten.

It definitely feels different to bowel cramps.

this is such an old thread but i’ve just come to answer haha! i’m on the pill and also sometimes get odd pains like cramps when i’m on my period, but i’m not ! i double back my pills so havent had a period in months because i chose not to have them... ive been having random cramps that last 10 seconds every few days out of the blue for over a year! no idea what it is though

I get this but when it’s nearing up to when I’m due for my period, could u just be close to ur next cycle??

i’m not sure because i take the combined pill so i don’t think it could really relate to my cycle because i don’t release an egg. i’ve always thought it could be ovulation pain but if i don’t actually ovulate then i doubt it would be.... ive always double backed my pill packets so that i avoid having a period so it’s always just baffled me !
