Okay, so I have received an offer for university to start September 2020, and as I am somebody who likes knowing what comes next, I was wondering if anybody knows when I can apply for finance (maintenance and tuition loans)
Do I need to wait until closer to September?

You can apply right now!

Once you apply it does mean your funding application is locked to that specific university, you can always update them if you change your choice of university due to preference or grades before your course starts via a change of circumstances form.

In addition to this if you decide to not go to university you can always cancel the application before the course starts.
