Right... There's this guy thats a 'bank worker' (comes in when phoned to work rather than rotered, but he works pretty much full time)
He ALWAYS turns up late (anything from half an hour to an hour) he can also not even turn up to a shift without phoning?
I mean why is this idiot clown allowed to get away with this and not sacked yet?

Calling him special achieves nothing.
Also, if it bothers you so much either call him out on it or speak to your boss?

I even caught the assistant manager (male) looking at him in a creeped out way while we were all huddled in the office for handover.
