Who makes the decision of offers / rejection?

Hi, I was just wondering, does the Director of Studies have the main say on whether you get an offer, or is it the subject Fellow who has the main say? I feel like my interview with the DoS didn’t go as well as the one with my subject Fellow. Any info would be helpful thanks, I’ve been stressing myself out since the interview lol

It will be a discussion. It's possible the DoS pushed you harder so that interview felt worse?

I felt like the answers I was giving weren’t what he wanted... like he kept saying “yes that could be true.. but what about ...” which made me think my answers weren’t good
The Director of Studies for the subject (who is always a subject specialist ) and the Admissions Tutor together will decide on who they would like to make offers to. If there's more than one Admissions Tutor, they may need to discuss all the offers from all subjects to ensure the numbers add up and they're not making too many or too few offer overall.
Is the decision making more centralised or more like college wise, until one gets pooled?
