Thought this could be helpful for others as well as myself!

Post the links, or names of your favourite songs you like to workout to, you can state whether it's a run around the park or 10 minutes on the punch bag.

I'm really looking for ideas to put a few CD's together (iPods out of space! )

Here's a tune I like to have a general workout to, like the pace of it:

Killing in the name of - Rage Against the Machine

I'll post a few more once the thread gets bigger.

I like anything ska - currently it's a lot of Less Than Jake - cause I use the cross trainer a lot and the beat is perfect for the movement you're doing. Plus it's fast so I work harder. It's like dancing!

    Also Pendulum a lot lately...

    Tarantula - Pendulum

Time to Burn by whoever it's by. Also, encore en fois or whatever it is, and also esylium I go crazy by ultrabeat and can't forget the good old Basshunter.

Basically anything with a chav worthy beat!
