i’m looking to start a diet where i can bulk myself uo and eventually turn it into muscle. Is there any professional i can see or any websites in which can tell me/give me a diet plan that matches my height and weight?

The diet you need is simple: Balanced.

To lose weight, you need to make a food diary, count the number of calories you are eating and gradually reduce them until you start noticing a weight loss.

In the mean time, you can do some muscle gain excercises at home or in the gym and try to ensure your balanced diet has a healthy amount of protein.
