Don't do that. If you want medication to help you sleep, though, 5-HTP can help. It's used by your brain to produce serotonin, the brain juice that makes you feel less ****ty, and melatonin, the brain juice that makes you sleepy.
1) Eating dark chocolate. (It has caffeine in it apparently)
2) Drinking VKs.
3) Drinking Coffee
4) Drinking Coca Cola (Pepsi and other brands are available)
Yeah, so basically things with caffine in them. No surprise there.
What helps me sleep is watching video of Professor Susskind expaining the physics of the Universe. His voice has such a soothing tone.
