yes mine was on a different area - they should have send you an email with a document on the real and practice interview stating the topics which you are going to be examined on in the interview.

I am currently doing my LPC at the University of Law and have just completed my interviewing and advising assessment. The practice interview is on a different topic to the real assessment. Before the real assessment the University will email you two different areas of law to make notes on and one of them will be examined for the interview! I found this really helpful as I made two different sets of extensive notes which made it so much easier when doing the real exam as I felt like I knew the law - you also have 30 mins before the assessment to condense all your notes as you are allowed to take in 2 sides of paper.

Hi, I am currently studying LPC at BCU and I have my interview and advising exam on the 5th, I am really confused and struggling as I was not able to do a practice exam due to Covid, can anyone please help?
