It'd be cool if you played this or something else by Justin King. He's pretty talented. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRRF_...eature=related
Justin King is an absolute guitar legend, and I thought about doing one of his pieces, but to be honest they ares just too hard. I can play the 'larrive' one passably well, but to nail it like Justin does is incredibly difficult And I'm not sure a 500 seater theatre would have the right acoustics anyway.

    Rep for the suggestion though

    Hows about Classical Gas?
I leaned a sort of mixed tune of Mason Williams version (the one everyone seems to think was eric clapton ) and Tommy Emmanuel's faster version, and it's one of my favorite things to play

It's not the hardest or most advanced piece ever but it's nice to listen to; i think the judje might appreciate it

I learnt it a while back, it's an awesome piece, but it's just too easy - the other entries will include 2 semi-pro classical singers, and various other post-grade 8/post-diploma players. Classical gas is very cool, but it needs more of a 'wow factor'
