From what you have said your previous study would stop you getting a maintenance grant and fee loan for a new course

You would still be eligible for a maintenance loan though as you have not got a a degree level qualification yet yet

I started the thread in july 2008 when I held a miserable HND. Now we are in october 2009 and I have a 1st class degree. This is the problem with bumping zombie threads.
