Contraceptive pill - how do I know If im pregnant

I’m on the combined contraceptive pill and for some reason I feel like I’m pregnant, my belly’s got a bit bigger and I feel sick and tired constantly. Is there any way (apart from taking a pregnancy test) that I could know if I was pregnant?
So you want to test whether you're pregnant without a pregnancy test?

Wait and see? Flip a coin? All options are, obviously, not at all rational!

There could be signs, don’t be rude. If you have no advice then don’t bother

You didn't ask for signs - you asked "any way that I would know". There are many ways of guessing, including the two I suggested. There is one way of knowing. Either that or waiting until you give birth - up to you.

My advice, in case it was somehow was not obvious, is to do a pregnancy test.

No. In order to know for sure you would need to take a pregnancy test, or have a blood test done. There can be many reasons for your symptoms unrelated to pregnancy.

Have you taken your pill correctly?
