Heya, doing my history coursework atm on German responsibility for WW1 and I can't find any secondary sources! Anyone got any ideas on how to find some? Don't have access to books as it's christmas and there's no library in my town,and I'm struggling to find anything online...very urgent!

Hi, good luck with the history coursework . I’m doing mine at the moment as well. I’ve done a quick google search and found some websites that might be useful. I’m not sure whether your exam board allows you to cite websites but if not, you could just quote the historians.

One of the tricks I used for my coursework was to look at the references at the bottom of Wikipedia pages on specific aspects of the topic. Oftentimes the books it quotes are available mostly for free on Google Books and sometimes they're really random and fascinating (I think I used a book from the 1830s about Cambridgeshire in mine to get some more context on the St Albans Abbey Chronicle as my coursework was on Angevin England - I only read a couple of chapters but it was an absolutely fascinating read nonetheless and it was virtually all on Google Books!)
