Is watching porn while being in a relationship okay? or is it considered cheating?

Long as he realises sex isn't like it is in porn then it's fine

It's not cheating.

But many people would not be keen on discovering that their partner spends a lot of time or money on porn.
Particularly if they are jealous types, do not like pornography, have concerns about the porn industry or dislike the people that finance it by paying for porn.
I don't date guys that are hardcore porn fans because I find it disgusting and wouldn't be compatible with someone who enjoyed it.

Depends on the views of the people in the relationship. And no, it's not cheating.

It depends on how you both feel about it. If you're living with someone it makes it even more uncomfortable that someone is doing that on their own behind the other's back. But if you've talked about it and you've understood that it's something they enjoy then that would be ok, or if you watch it together.
