I attended an interview for Adult nursing in November at Portsmouth uni and still haven't heard back, then I attended an interview on Tuesday at Oxford Brookes and have been offered a place by Friday!

Has anyone heard back from Portsmouth yet?

It's fairly normal for universities to take a few weeks to get back to you. Bear in mind that most universities are closed now for Christmas so it's likely to be into the new year.
