If i have multiple problems in a criminal law problem question. But the mens rea for everyone is the same. How do i write it in the problem question. For example the person planted a bomb in the bus and caused one person to die, one to get 3rd degree burns and the other to break his legs. The mens rea for all of them is same but how do it it in my problem question

Analyse it once for the first victim, then for each additional person just say ‘the law is as discussed above. The analysis for the mens rea in relation to X is the same as discussed above in relation to Y’ or something similar.
