Was it someone doing 'Rippetoes'? If so, I believe you mean the user 'Bebbs'.

    THIS is the post.

If not, I have no idea.

Aconite, you seem to be an annoying all-rounder on these forums, good job.

If you're saying that you're muscles are more defined than him, it's because he's doing powerlifting, not toning. Which means less definition to start with and more size.

And if you're saying your arms are bigger than his, then you are in no way a 'skinny girl'.

I said better, not bigger. ie. yes, much more defined. Explain the merits of powerlifting to me?

5'11 and 60kg, and I'm not a skinny girl? Okay then!

Notice how I posted 2 answers. I said if you're arms are BIGGER than his, then you wouldn't be a 'skinny girl'. But you've cleared that up by saying you have more definition/tone.

When you're a powerlifter your initial priority is to lift as much as you can. Toning up your muscles comes after. So basically the 'bigger muscles = awesome' is because bigger muscles is what helps you lift heavier weights...not body tone.

Also, the guys reason for 'bigger muscles = awesome' is for kicking the **** out of others. Ha.
