Breathing deeply calms the nervous system. Start by placing your hand an inch bellow your belly button, then relaxing as you take a slow, deep inhale and focusing on the feeling of your abdomen expanding and contracting. ✋

you're emotions are how you react to a situation, they don't define you but certain emotions can show you where you need to heal.
