Research shows that making an oath to perform a behaviour increases the likelihood you'll follow through. So make a vow to practice gratitude - it can be as simple as writing a note to yourself that says: "count your blessings" 📝

Try to single task, not multiple task. For example, when you're brushing your teeth, just brush your teeth. Don't miss out on an experience trying to make it three experiences. ☝️
