I'm taking an English degree; I hope to be either a secondary-school teacher, or a big-time London journo
Both of which are ridiculously low-paid to start with, but I do it for the love, not the money!
Failing these, though, I'll go and work in Waterstones purely for the staff discount

Well I was aiming at orthopaedic surgery with a particular interest in sports injuries, perhaps getting into elite sports... so I went for a masters in sports medicine after my medical degree, but I've discovered I much prefer average joes with ****ed up injuries to ****ed up elite athletes with average injuries. Motor sport has been interesting me quite a lot recently (they can have some mad injuries and surprisingly some funky physiology too). I went up to the Isle of Man TT this year as a trackside medic which was good fun

I'd love to work for the UN, more specifically in aid work towards Africa. Any other NGO or the likes would be brilliant as well. Failing that, I'll just go to Africa and volunteer, and get my boyfriend to pay for me :p:

    doctor (don't know what speciality)

medicine, with my A-levels being F.maths, maths, physics, chemsitry, biology.

don't really care about the money (and don't even know what to expect salary-wise lol), but i gather its not as well paid as what you could achieve in other areas but still pretty good.

why? erm...gives direction in life (compared to any other degree, where career opportunities are very ambiguous), career where you can interact with and help the general population, and its still very much academic.

God knows eventually lol I have 3 years Dietetics done, going to do 4th year Nutrition next year (through lack of intelligence) but now I'm thinking of maybe Biomedical Science. I've seen a few trainee jobs but I'm sure I wouldn't get in on them as there's a high demand. So... something science-y... damnit, I hate this!?
