For exam technique, I'd say that you should use EconplusDal on Youtube. He has exam technique videos for the various questions in all 3 papers. https://www.youtube.com/user/EconplusDal

He also has videos for the various topics and I think he sells notes if you'd want to buy them.

I don't know about the notes as I haven't bought them, but his videos, especially the exam technique ones seem very good.
