In year 13 and still figuring this out but i have found a couple ways which work for me:
Taking cognitive explanation for depression for example, if i really didn't understand the description for example, i would type out the description as if i was writing an essay, and select the correct amount of A03 points which you can naturally remember, deterministic? Not a complete explanation? Reductionist? Effective? Ethical implications? Valid? Reliability? And then list them in basic note form
Valid: supporting study
Etc
Since i learn by typing things out, I would then take this and get the key trigger words for the description and put it on one side of the flashcard and on the other side allow one line per evaluation with a + or - at the start depending if its positive or negative![Name: image-0bbd37c4-49fb-4e40-9ebb-dc246cd1f5ae5954536196070907617-compressed.jpg.jpeg
